I already wrote a review for the Garth Road location. And I like the Liberty location just as much. But here are some new photos anyway! Even on the plastic piano black finish of my GR, no scratches. So good, so fast, great value!

I’ve been to many car washes, but Tidal Wave truly stands out! Every time I visit, my car comes out spotless and shining. What really sets this location apart is the manager — he’s always walking the lot, checking each vehicle as it comes out, and making sure every detail is right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of service and the customer experience. The staff is friendly, the equipment is well-maintained, and I never feel rushed. I am not able to take my car through the car wash, but love the vacuums and amenities they offer here. Kaden was very knowledgeable and helped me pay the vacuum fee easily and quickly! Definitely will be returning again and again. So refreshing to see good customer service is still alive these days.

Don't take those negative reviews serious. This is the best run carwash I've ever used. People always remark about how clean my car is and have even asked what I use on my tires. Highly recommend and the staff is amazing 👏.

The manager at this car wash (Chris) is consistently rude and condescending. Instead of listening to customers, he talks over them and dismisses their concerns. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes you feel unwelcome. A business like this should prioritize respectful communication and customer service — unfortunately, that’s not what you get here. The staff is amazing I never have any issues with anyone else just Chris.
