I’ve been waiting months for this place to open (mainly due to the vicinity to my home) One of the best things I like about this wash is that it provides undercarriage wash (x2). You get a lot of added paint protectants l, tire shine and more along with free vacuums with a covering meaning you won’t get burnt by the Florida sun. I have been to this car wash three times since it has opened. Each time I have purchased the highest-level wash. Three times I have been disappointed with the outcome. I probably would not be taking the time to write this review if it were not for the poor way I was treated today by Shawn, who stated "I am one of the managers". I waited for ten minutes to enter the wash while I watched them sweep out the truck bed of someone ahead of me. Then they took more time washing out their wheel wells. Second time coming here and although the wash isn’t the greatest, I saw past that. Well yesterday my passenger mirror got damaged. Employee made a joke out of it. It sure isn’t a joking matter. My vehicle got damaged. The employee stated they’d make a claim and they would take care of all damages. I am yet to hear from them today. Let’s see how true those words are. As of now, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
We went through Tidal Wave Car Wash today and were incredibly impressed! The team went above and beyond—prewashing our car before we even entered the automated wash, and then again at the start of the cycle. You can really tell they care about doing a thorough job. What made it even more special was the first team member who prewashed our car—he drew a smiley face on the window for my daughter, Ella. It absolutely made her day! I think this was their first day open. They were giving out free Graph-X4 washes - their highest level wash. It was a great wash, did a great job and my car reality needed it! Great suction on vacuums! Glass/surface cleaner and cleaning cloths available. They even have compressed air for that extra deep clean, if you like. All in all, another great addition to Crestview!
