Would give 5 stars except they have given no thought to patients that are in wheelchairs. It is not very accessible at all. It says that it is, and technically it is, they have the ramps and what not. However, each seam and transition has a very big bump. As you know these can be difficult and there is no accomodations made for them. They are not only outside the building but they are worse inside the building! Rachel Neumoyer is so knowledgeable and thorough. She explains everything and is so kind. The staff at the Havre de Grace office are so friendly and efficient. My husband and I think highly of this practice.
This dermatologist office is amazing. The staff is helpful and nice! The doctors are all very educated,understanding,helpful, and present! Everyone is very intuitive! The office is big and clean, and not to mention all the awesome old trinkets doc has collected for his patients to see! It's like a little museum of everything dermatology related! Rachel Neumoyer is an excellent Provider. She takes the time to listen and explain everything that's going on. Had an appointment scheduled quickly and was in and out within 30 minutes on 4/14. Great bedside manner!
We have been highly satisfied with the treatment my son has been provided here. From our very first visit they had a plan within minutes and executed it right away. After several follow up appointments and proper care, my sons scalp has healed so nicely. I highly recommend!
