They lost my dogs ashes and I only found out because I called. Do not go here! They are negligent when it comes to animals.

RecommendedI love the doctors there but some of the gals at the front desk are just rude.. We just found out that our dog is going to die and we're taking him home to be comfortable and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could speak to the doctor about the medication they were giving me to take home and acted like I was being a nuisance. It's a hard pass for me because a red headed staff member was an absolute nightmare, rude and condescending. I have no wish to repeat that horrible experience.
I usually do not post negative comments about businesses, BUT, I feel the need to do so in this case. My employee called me a couple days ago, in complete distress and crying. She took her GS pup in (8 months) to be neutered. Her pup is very protective of her, and was displaying some aggression towards staff, they muzzled him( first time he’d ever been muzzled) and the vet proceeded to tell her that her beloved pet be Put Down. They are only interested in money! Yesterday I took my dog in for an annual exam, shots and worming. Worst exam EVER! The vet doing the exam kind of looked in her ears, asked how her back was( she has fused vertebrate, she is on medication for the inflammation and pain) she did not check her back or her legs which the records clearly stated were in distress with arthritis and inflammation.
