Tiffany was a pleasure to work with and worked very hard to contact me when needed and to answer all my questions. However, as a whole Lendlo Mortgage seems very disorganized and in some ways unable or unsure of how to perform certain tasks. I had to send some of the same documents two to three times. As soon as I was led to believe things were progressing and we were ready to finish, it was wait, we need something else.
