Tim helped us buy a house when we moved back home from out of state. He was always very understanding to our needs/concerns and made certain everything was taken care of ahead of time, including intervening with the closing attorney when we couldn't get answers from them. All of the staff were more than willing to help with any concerns I had, and to them, my family and I will be grateful.
Lender stayed in touch throughout the entire process and was patient in explaining the details. Signing the documents electronically was very convenient due to travel and work schedules. The added "cersi's" along the way were a nice touch. We will most definitely recommend Tim!!!
Tim has been an excellent LO to work with. He has been in great contact from day one. I remember contacting him way after business hours to talk about the loan process, and pulling my credit. He was available any time I needed him for questions. He is very responsive and nice to work with. I would absolutely recommend other to him!!!

He has a great personality! Tim goes above and beyond to help people achieve their dream home.
