Very easy to talk to and quick to answer and and all questions we asked, as well as to sit down and explain how certain values came up and what could be done where to adjust things. The only downside is that our mortgage was sold off almost immediately (before our first payment), meaning as great as this process was, we have an unknown going forward there.
The "cash to bring to closing" information changed a couple times (by not-insignificant amounts). The house wound up needing to be appraised, which added several hundred dollars to the estimate, and homeowners insurance wound up needing to be paid upfront rather than coming out a "wash" from the escrow transfer. Tim did a good job of explaining all of this, but it would have been nice to know earlier in the process.
Very helpful from start to finish. He responded to emails quickly and made the process a very easy one. We definitely appreciate all he did!
My loan was applied for during the Covid-19 shutdown and since I am self employed there were additional hurdles to clear. Tim and Sandra with the underwriting team walked me through every step with regular communication and always were available to answer questions that I had throughout the process.
Tim answered all my questions and provided some good advice. Despite some small hiccups with the documentation, everything went pretty smoothly.
