Several years ago I would have rated this physician and practice 5+ stars. Now they route everything through a text service, and you have to beg for a response. Dr. Martin and this practice has gone from one the I recommend highly to one that I do not.

I visited Dr. Tim Martin last year for some severe nervous problems. He told me that if I was so smart, I would not be in the situation I was in and that I was the reason I was having problems.

while Dr Martin himself seems quite capable, the overall operation of his practice is horrible. When my previous Dr changed his insurance policy I had to find a new PCP. Dr. Martin was one of the very few that took my insurance from the beginning I ignored some rather obvious red flags such as his answering message saying calls would be returned within a week or two. Everyone in his office tries to upsell a paid online patient portal as well as vitamins for everything.

Does not follow up with patients, will not return phone calls when medications tell you to call him if bad symptoms arise, he does not answer. Over all terrible Dr would not recommend him for a Dog's health .
