We are very thankful that Churchill gave us our mortgage. However, we felt there was a lack of communication between Churchill and ourselves. There were multiple people helping Tim and sometimes nobody was communicating with us asking for things they needed or communicating with our title company. Closing was scheduled then canceled 48 hours prior due to title company did not have abstract. Closing did not happen until 8 days later. Asked about if an adjustable rate loan is available in Oklahoma. Never received an answer.

Coordination and communication with DOMA title company was poor putting us at risk of delaying the closing. The advice given on cash to close to us by Ross was erroneous and, if taken, would have resulted in delay. We were forced to have multiple “back office” conversations with DOMA due to Churchill’s failure to respond to DOMA’s requests to reconcile information needed for the closing disclosure form.

Everything was smooth and great up until the last week. It seems like things fell apart with the numbers in communication with them Churchill. Numbers got put in the wrong column after we repeatedly told them what we had agreed to. At the end of the day it worked out however the last week was stressful because of the lack of communication

I don't know your necessary requirements of checking out my financial situation but I truly think you were more invasive than necessary to protect your loan. It appeared as if you were more of an agent for the government trying to pinpoint all my assets rather than protecting your investment
