RecommendedFound the suv I’ve always wanted online, 3 hours away from home. The amazing staff here worked with me and answered all my questions I had before making the trip out there. Colton was my sales guy. I highly recommend working with him. I never once felted pressured or felt like I was being “taken for a ride”. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I live in Memphis and it was definitely worth the trip!
RecommendedWanted to do some window shopping for a car so I stopped in to check out a Subaru. Met up with Aaron and Colton who walked me through the car and some numbers. Talked a little with management over some good courses of action to take if I wanted to buy the car and ended up going with their recommendation and couldn’t be happier with my new purchase. 10/10 team from the sales to the management. She took extra pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and texted them to me. She left nothing out! Over the next few days of deliberation (I have never driven this make nor used a Tim Short dealership previously), Mike was so kind and helpful.
