We bought our 2015 Explorer from Tim Short Mitsubishi. Had a great experience with our salesman Chris and the sales team. Shortly after our purchase we had some issues arise, our warranty hadn’t kicked in yet nor would it have covered everything completely. However, the dealership stepped up when we confronted them with our issues, and provided us with a loaner vehicle while they personally did the repairs at their cost.
