I was denied for a VA home loan because I “didn’t have enough work experience” so I went to look at a rental house that Tim was showing. Tim told be about a friend of his at a local bank that may be able to help me out and because of that generosity I was able to get approved and am now a homeowner. He helped me search on my tight schedule and made sure I knew the risks and rewards of each house before making offers.
