Really knowledgeable staff Decided to try to find a new apartment and met Mrs Alicia, she told me all the info I needed to know and answered any question I had. It was a great first impression and I appreciate the time she took to answer my questions.

Definitely satisfying Today was my first time for a tour in Biloxi for an apartment. Kimberly was definitely one of a million.very polite,helpful,knowledgeable and motivated. We definitely converse about the apartment and she have a suitable justified personality. I pray god bless me to move in. Kimberly is awesome! Went for a tour and Kimberly was our guide. She’s been at this property for 5 days and is super knowledgeable. If she didn’t have an answer to one of my questions she got someone to get them answered for us! The property was quiet and clean. The model apartment was quaint and fits all of our needs! Super thankful for Kimberly and Timber at the bay properties!

Rain or shine, they're here to help! Of the dozen or so apartments we visited today, Timber at the Bay was the only apartment that had people on site who were ready to give us a unit tour. Alicia enthusiastically lead us through the downpour to see not one but TWO different units. I'm beyond pleased with how polite and informed she was. This was perhaps the best first impression of a leasing office I've had in all my time renting.
