Dr Wolfe took the time and effort to explain every single aspect of my treatment plan in a way i could understand, along with being kind, gentle and super likeable. There was something I asked him about doing and he told me to save my money, which definitely increased my trust in him. The hygienist (so sorry, Eileen or Arlene?) I had a really great experience. Everyone was very nice and everything was clearly explained to me.
Dr Garcia has been amazing at helping to fix a problem another dentist caused. He has been kind, understanding, and is obviously very knowledgeable. My 4 star rating is due to the fact that the other dentist worked at Timber, but Dr Garcia, the front staff and assistants all receive 5 Stars.
The staff here is unwaveringly friendly. I have been coming here for almost a year and don't have a single complaint. Thanks for being awesome!
Dr Garcia is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever had. He is always taking the time that all questions are answered.
Today I meet a new dentist, the fourth new dentist, in the 3 or so years coming to Timber dental. I returned because I am hopeful to establish a relationship with The dentist. The hygienist, who gave me a really good cleaning ( and didn’t try to sell me more services) also promises to be there when I return for my next cleaning. I’m more hopeful that I can build these relationships and not feel like a “cash cow” with a dental plan.
