My dental hygienist was Molly for this cleaning today. She was very helpful, treated me respectfully, not condescendingly. In treating me kindly, she was able to teach me a few great tips that will benefit my oral health. I recommend cleanings at Timber. Additionally, I have experienced success with their intensive treatment with root canals through Dr.Morales also at Timber. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERIOR! I HAPPENED TO FALL OUT OF MY WHEELCHAIR outside of the clinic and of two of the staff came to help me! they continued to help me inside to fill out initial paperwork, etc. the rest of the staff was friendly & sharp & professional. they also had very current technology! I have NEVER liked being at the dentist too much, until today.
Overall great experience today. I came in for my routine cleaning with Minh & Dr. Lee. I have pretty high dental anxiety from previous experiences at other offices & They did a really good job at making me feel comfortable & making sure to explain everything step by step. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and it’s been great! Today I had the pleasure of getting a cleaning from Rema! She was GREAT! Light handed and her thoroughness and attention to detail on my cleaning was amazing! Highly recommend her especially.
Just got my crown sat few hours ago! awesome experience from everyone in the office. Dr. Lee & her assistant Icela did such a great job with my crown. They were so patience with me. My check out process went super smooth as well. Christian did a great job explaining to me what my insurance is estimated to cover & had all my receipts ready for me before I even came up to his desk. Thank you Bethany Team!
