My dental hygienist Jamie was awesome! I've seen her a few times at my bi-annual dental cleanings and she has always been informative and welcoming. I sometimes have a fear of getting anything dental related done but she makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
What a great experience from start to finish! Short wait, quick and efficient service. Lou was so gentle and super detailed with my clean. Dr. Jessica is very kind and Melissa was a sweetheart. Everyone seems so happy to be at work. They made going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. Thanks everyone!
Update: I am increasing my previous rating because after reading this review Dr Dar offered to replace the broken crown on #19 at no cost. He was very kind and gracious about the situation. I am grateful for his willingness to make things right even though he is not the dentist who did the original work. Original review: I received two crowns from Timber Dental in 2021. The first was in September on #18. The Second was in December on #19. At the end of July 2023 my crown on #18 fell off while I was eating mashed potatoes.... read more
Hi, my name is Michelle E. and my experience at Timber Dental was beyond stellar! Lauren who helped with my scheduling, my dental assistant Kelsey and Dr. Jess were super professional and compassionate(squishy hamburger 🍔 helped too, haha!). Especially during my moments of heightened anxiety. I’ve never felt more welcome in a dentists office and was treated with respect and dignity. Would highly recommend this dental care office to anyone who experiences anxiety when it comes to dental care.
The whole Timber Dental experience from check in to check out is easy, thanks to all the staff facilitating a chill yet professional vibe. I’ve never experienced excessive wait times, and they always have a good playlist going. Reyna specifically made every effort to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Their friendliness feels authentic, which helped put me at ease.
