My husband and I went to Timber Dental for the first time, and we both really liked it. The staff started our appointments on time, were gentle while working in my mouth, and consistently displayed kindness.The environment itself was calming and put together very nicely. We will both be going back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY. I had a disastrous experience with Dr. David Chen and his office. I visited his office on February 27, 2025, for a root canal procedure, but the treatment was botched, leading to excruciating pain, infection, and a failed root canal. I had to visit the emergency room ($900) and undergo retreatment, which resulted in significant physical pain, emotional distress, and financial burden. I went to timber dental because I had a cracked tooth, Dr Chen put a crown on it but once the Novocain wore off it hurt. I went back (400 miles) to timber dental and they removed some material from the crown claiming it was higher than the rest of my bite ad it was irritating the nerve - I mentioned I had never been to a dentist where I hurt after the procedure was completed.
