I am so happy with my experience at Timber Dental Lombard. Everyone are so friendly. Will and Maddy at the desk set the first impression of a friendly helpful environment. Crista, the hygienist, was so gentle and skillful cleaning, I could have fallen asleep. But thanks to the big screen TV above me, I was able to watch a favorite show while getting my teeth cleaned. AWESOME!!! Last but least, my Bro, Jason made some impressions of my teeth that would have put Michaelangelo to shame! Great Team work Timber Dental at Lombard.
This place is incredibly fast and friendly. I was nervous going in since it's been a few years, but they were very welcoming and (besides 1 comment from the dentist) didn't shame me for struggling to come in. Keke especially was very welcoming, friendly, and helped ease a lot of anxiety I had. They also worked with me financially to make it more manageable for me. Overall I'm very pleased and will be returning here.
These guys are amazing! Thank you for bringing my confidence back!! While I was in the chair and nervous, Dr. Dar and Jason were cracking me up! I forgot I was even feeling pain because their banter was so funny and entertaining. Jason is super cool! He definitely made me feel more comfortable! Also Mariah is another superstar! I owe Dr Afshar a genuine A++ review that is long overdue, so I’m putting this in here as a temporary placeholder until I have the time to finish it, just to say that if you have any doubts about which dental office you should go to, look no further. Dr Afshar is hands down the most highly skilled dentist I have ever known as well as having incredible “chair side” manner for those of us who get a little anxious or simply just don’t exactly get excited about going to see the dentist. I hope I got these names right. Kiki (the dental assistant) is amazing. She is so incredibly nice. She was there during my last dental emergency and her presence made me feel comfortable. Dr Dhar was also great, and Maddy at the front desk was super helpful in getting my future appointments set-up. All around great experience. Looking forward to getting my teeth fixed here and establishing care. Thank you.
