My partner and I scheduled a tour of the apartment two weeks ahead of time. We go on our scheduled tour date (4/16). No one answered the call when we called the office from the call box to let us in, and instead, the two employees just stared through their window and laughed. Love this place, very diverse residents, good management and maintenance. awesome location. LGBTQ+ Friendly. I've lived here over a year and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The Pride Parade passes right in front of the building. They have decent security measures in place, new laundry machines that take credit cards. On-line resident's portal to submit maintenance requests, pay rent. There were a few bad Tenants but evictions happened and is peaceful again. The following email was sent to Joseph at Chicago Rentals over ten days ago and there has yet to be a response: We have a few issues at the Times Square Apartments. Things have been getting increasingly worse in the last six months. First, my wife's bike has been stolen from the 'secure' bike room. What is the point of it being tagged by your company if no one cares that it was stolen? Stolen by one of the residents as you must have a key to enter the room. That is ridiculous. Meelah and Malik… Malik and Meelah where so awesome they came straight from heaven the both of them they gave me great advise and actually helped me with what I needed to do and they also went out there way to tell me and my son what schools near Times Square we should look at, they informed us about the local beach and dog beach for my dog.
I loved the experience and tour from Meelah and Malik good energy and spirits at Times Square Apartment.
