I don't normally submit reviews but when you move into an amazing apartment community it makes you want to share it. From my first steps in the door to my move-in and every day since the leasing staff, maintenance and grounds department are top-notch. Courtyard living is a style I didn't know existed. The well manicured grounds make you feel like you're living in a park. I looked at 18 other properties before I found Times Square. I'm glad I kept looking. I highly recommend living hereI

The leasing and maintenance staff go above and beyond the call of duty for the residents. The leasing staff are so friendly and willing to answer your questions. The maintenance staff are greet and stay on top of the maintenance orders!!! The leasing staff keeps the property looking to beautiful.

This place has been wonderful to call home! My neighbors are great, the pool is always available during the pool season and maintenance handles my requests promptly. I will gladly continue to call this place home.

Lived here for 4 years from 2016-2020. It has it's pros and cons, I do recommend this place to those who are looking to save and stay in a decent area. Pros: Rent was extremely cheap when it was under Edwards management, I was paying 858 (1 BHK) for 3 years and my last year they raised the rent to mid 900s. The security gates did give me a feeling of safety (although they were left open and malfunctioned at times). They have garages, neighborhood is very quiet, and close to all stores in Tuttle area. We are new to this amazing family of complexes. Our initial rental and lease experience has been nothing short of spectacular! Amber, Business Manager, is professional yet very friendly and a tremendous asset to this business! We can not wait to move in and become active in this beautiful community!
I lived in Times Square for almost three years and I loved it. I was in a Manhattan with a pool view. Amazing vaulted ceilings and very open floor plans. I only moved because I wanted to get a puppy. The look of some of the finishes were dated, but high quality. The staff was friendly and always super accommodating, maintenance guys super helpful, and loved the amenities. The grounds are well kept and the courtyards are beautiful. I NEVER heard a singe noise from either neighbor. I would HIGHLY recommend Times Square.
The current property manager prioritizes online training classes over paying bills to keep the power on and making sure his residents are squared away. There has been no power to my garage for 3 days and my car was locked away until I could get maintenance to open it. I was told they knew about the problem for several days but nothing was done. The staff is great. But other than that I have nothing good to say. I have thumper 1 and thumper 2 above me and I hear them constantly. The walls are so thin I need a quite space and it's NOT HERE. Don't live on the first or second floor or you will be annoyed for the entire amount of your lease. I move in 2 weeks and cannot wait to move!!!

This apartment complex is nice to live in. But they have unethical practices of collecting money after you move out. I was handed a bill of more than $300 after I moved out saying a bio sweep was needed after I left the apartment. when asked about details about of what kind of odor (I do not smoke or anyone ever did in apartment), manager was like it could be food related.
