I was a little weary of using an unknown lender. I got Tim's info from a friend who was going through the refinance process with Tim and said it was going well. I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant experience when it comes to anything with homes and financing. I emailed Tim after obtaining his info and he immediately responded.
