We were very surprised that our rate was able to be reduced by a full 1% which we were thrilled at. The app that we used was fantastic, letting us know as we hit each milestone in the process so never needing to guess or chase anyone for information. The process was fairly fast and stress free. We had a little hiccup but Tim talked us through it and then everything was smooth sailing again. Our notary was also lovely and personable. Overall experience was great.
