Tim is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and prompt. He stays on top of the entire process at all times. We were very surprised that our rate was able to be reduced by a full 1% which we were thrilled at. The app that we used was fantastic, letting us know as we hit each milestone in the process so never needing to guess or chase anyone for information. The process was fairly fast and stress free. We had a little hiccup but Tim talked us through it and then everything was smooth sailing again. Our notary was also lovely and personable. Overall experience was great.

We discussed & locked refinance terms quickly with great terms. We supplied the usual documentation. Appraiser came quickly. Tim kept us up to date by phone and email. When we had questions, Tim was always available. Easiest refi we’ve ever done. Very pleased! Well done!
