Great experience re key cutting for a 2009 vw caddy maxi that 3x vw official dealaships + 3 independats could not help. Thanks to help from Dean in Puckeridge Sainsburys Timpsons 2 replacement keys were eventually made to open doors & start but unable to open doors remotely due to frequency

Great service, sorted my car keys in less than 10 minutes. I tried local independent shops but unfortunately they couldn't help and said it would take days for parts etc to arrive. Timpsons, walk in, fix key, leave, all in 10 mins. Friendly service too
