Came in today to gave portugal passport pictures done for five of my family and also 4 keys cut. Lorraine was extremly polite and helpful doing the pictures and had patoence with my young son. Darren cut the keys and when enwuired about a spare car key he got me the best deal he could so when im back i shall be coming to heswall timpson to get a new car key done with him. Thank you both

Came into your Heswall branch a few days ago I was very disheveled and anxious as I’d lost a bunch of keys which included my car key. Thankfully Darren calmed me down asked me to get as many of the keys from my husband he would cut them and as for the car key he would do some digging with the relevant info and call me. Right to his word an hour or so later Darren phoned with what I might add good news. He could do a key reprogrammed it from a code thing and he was going to come to my property on his day off to do it. That go... read more

Darren was a star today. He replaced two heels on a pair of shoes for me today in 20 mins whilst I waited. Great customer we service as always. Highly recommend Timpsons in Heswall.
