5* service. I was unable to get into my car key battery compartment. The young person behind the counter was able to replace the battery without having to open the case. Awesome service! Thank you

Gary at the Asda Roehampton Timpson's branch {5699} provided incredible service. He efficiently and patiently fixed my watch, when other watch stores had either decided it was too difficult or wanted to charge exorbitant prices. A great customer experience and I highly recommend the branch.

I’ve had to return to this store three times just to get three keys cut correctly, which is quite ridiculous. Even after all that effort, only two of the keys actually work—the third still doesn’t. During my third visit, I asked for a refund, given the time and inconvenience. However, the young woman working there told me I needed to show the original tiny receipt—something that’s easy to misplace, considering it’s about 5x5cm. Not great service ,every time I have been there a note on the door saying ,will be back in 5 mins ,I,ve waited over a hour ,done my shopping and still no one was back ,ordered stuff with the staff when there was some one there ,got a call 3 days later saying it was in ,so went there and a different member of staff could not find my order ,and ask me to come back another day ,so after 4 visit to the shop ,I said forget about it ,a complete waste of my time

Great service just need to change that etch a sketch style key machine if china made a key cutting machine that's what it would be 😂
