I dropped in some watch case backs into the Fareham branch in Westbury Mall to be laser engraved. The gentleman there explained that the service and machine were new and allowed me to leave the items there so he could finesse the process, on just one of them, and make sure all worked as it should. Upon my return not only was I greeted with a beaming smile and a big thumbs up, ALL of the case backs had been engraved and they looked sensational. The price was really fair too. I attended a lunch in London where Sir John Timpson talked to a room full of former Army Officers about leadership. It was inspirational. I told my wife how impressed I was with the speech. My wife had a key cut up on the Wirral (West Kirby) shortly afterwards. She discovered it was the wrong key when she got home. I visited the store in Sainsburys Fareham to get a shoe stitched. The chap there was stand in for the usual. He was unable to help as they had no hand stitching facility and directed me to Fareham Shopping Centre. The chap was helpful and completed the job in around 30 mins.
