I needed a replacement car key and Younis and Scott from your Giffnock store were extremely helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help me get the correct key. They gave me lots of information on the options available, made telephone calls and put me in contact with the Braehead branch to order and fit a key. Fantastic customer service and a great example to other companies. Well done Younis and Scott.

Qumar was amazing today in the Giffnock branch. I was having issues with printing out photos and he provided an excellent service making sure I got my photos and also showed me a new AI feature which turned a few photos into a cartoon. Was pleased with the service provided by Qumar. 5 star service and will visit again :)
