I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Yvette at Timpson. She fitted my watch strap for me and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help, was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in giving great customer service. It is rare to receive service that genuinely stands out, but Yvette made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Timpson are very lucky to have her, and she is a real credit to the company. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to her.

I have been using Timpson in Morrisons Derby for well over a year and I have always found Yvette and Sara extremely helpful and they certainly go the extra mile for their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a smile on their faces. Their customer service skills are second to non and they are certainly an asset to your company. I’ve been meaning to write this review since last month, but I’ve only just got around to it now. Yvette and Sara dry cleaned my Maid of Honour dress for my friend’s wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful. Both were so kind and helpful, and the service they provided was excellent. I was really impressed with how beautiful my dress looked afterwards. Highly recommend Timpson Laundrette — thank you again, Yvette and Sara!
