I recently had a suit dry cleaned in the Timpson store located in Morrisons in Inverness. Paula provided a first class service going above and beyond to ensure that the my suit was in the best possible condition before it left the store. She is real asset to Timpson.

have been a customer at Inverness Millburn for almost 15 years and very sad to see recent recruited staff failing to meet the standard of usual staff. Bad pressing, attitude not interested in customer service

Very bad , my stuff went in for pressing yesterday and I just got it back and I opened them to see and the T shirts were not pressed properly. There are marks where the shirts were pressed on something. Very disappointed. First time I have had to return anything here.

Served when depositing by someone who didn’t know what he was doing. Trousers came back with double creases on legs. Could have done a better job myself
