have been a customer at Inverness Millburn for almost 15 years and very sad to see recent recruited staff failing to meet the standard of usual staff. Bad pressing, attitude not interested in customer service

Very bad , my stuff went in for pressing yesterday and I just got it back and I opened them to see and the T shirts were not pressed properly. There are marks where the shirts were pressed on something. Very disappointed. First time I have had to return anything here.

Served when depositing by someone who didn’t know what he was doing. Trousers came back with double creases on legs. Could have done a better job myself

Most unhappy with service from arrogant man, Wife is disabled and requires her bedding done as unable to do it at home. Wasn't pressed properly and an item was damaged. Been coming here a very long time and always had excellent service from Paula & Liz. Will only be back when Paula is working as service and cleaning is always spot on.
