I took my iPhone to James at Timpsons for a replacement battery. James had to order this and contacted me when it arrived at the store a few days later. James is so pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Job was done in no time at all and the price was far less than I had been quoted at independent high street phone shops, but I had been warned away from them by a family member because they are known to use inferior parts and batteries.
