James was amazing - I had previously been told by a different Timpson shop that the key would need to be ordered in- I waited 2 months for a phone call but they never phoned! James found the right key and programmed it whilst I stood and waited. He was amazing - allowed me to test the key in my car to check it worked too - I was so happy with his service and such a lovely friendly guyÂ

A fox chewed the strap of my sandal. I went to see James in the Timpson kiosk. He was understanding, cheerful and throughly can do about the repair. I returned in 48 hrs to find my sandals as good as new! James had used his creativity and know how on repairing the sandals and they honestly feel great. Fantastic customer service with a much better outcome than I could have imagined. So pleased.Â
