Left a watch in to be cleaned, did a great job! Very pleased with it. In addition, he replaced a little cubic zirconia that had fallen out years ago, absolute gent, thank you so much. Brilliant service and I am delighted with the result

Well walked i and asked him if he could fix a holdall got a sarcastic smart answer and said no, all it needed was 2 bits of leather replaced, so don't believe the advertisement on here he can fix anything he can't.
If I could give them o stars I would've. I've done my car keys less then a year ago. When I was picking up my daughter from school the key broke in the ignition. It was very hard to get the key out....the bord lights went crazy " theft attend ". I went back to explain what happened and the attitude was horrible . Apparently that is wear and tear......really???? Not even a year...... VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 NEVER GO BACK AGAIN....EVER I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EITHER.
It is always a good choice to go to Timpson in Ballymena Tower Centre and be attended by Barry. I have had shoes repaired, keys cut, batteries replaced, and watches fixed. The latest being my favourite watch when I spent all day in the sea with it. Its never any bother for Barry. As I explained what happened he had taken the watch apart, asked me if I had any other shops to visit and told me to call back. Half an hour later my problem was all fixed.
