I called in to ask if repair could be done and it was carefully assessed and very rapidly and beautifully carried out.
Called just before closing time on a Saturday evening to purchase two dog tags have engraved. Jack was really helpful, friendly and efficient. This was my first visit, I definitely return in the future if I need keys cut etc. 5 star all round.
