Just wanted to say a huge thank you to John from the Chester branch. I took my husbands sentimental watch in to be fixed and John went above and beyond to get it working again. At one point I didn’t think we’d be able to fix it but he surpassed all our expectations and it is working good as new! It means so much to have it working again. Thank you!

I took a pair of boots in which I thought were beyond repair but important to me. Dave was more than helpful, going above and beyond to explain what he could do to mend the heels and put a new sole on, and the kinds of soles available. I returned later the same day to find almost a new pair of boots - resoled, re-waterproofed and amazing! Thank you so much Dave!! I've taken time to read the reviews and you are a real asset to our community in Chester.
