Our 2020 Western Star 5700 decided she needed a Valentine's gift and her fuel pump imploded on 2/13 on Interstate 16. We were very happy with the service that Chris and Robert provided. Price was fair for the roadside service too. We would recommend them should you need the assistance. Also, skip being towed to the dealership. Save money (literally half of the cost) and time and have Tim's tow you straight Elite Diesel of Savannah.

Way Overpriced! I needed a tow and called a few local companies—Tim’s Towing and Recovery was the first one I contacted. Big mistake! After getting other quotes, I realized they were charging me double what other companies were asking for the same service. Unfortunately, I had already agreed, so I was stuck paying way more than I should have. This place is a total rip-off. We have been towed yesterday night by Fred and Ryan. We were stock on I-95 in our RV. They are absolutely fantastic. They really took care of us. They are really professional. Thank you very much Fred and Ryan for your help, support and service. We will remember you forever and if we have a chance we will definitely refer you!
