Any questions we had were answered in very timely manner. Also, due to the cancellation of the sale of our home, our mortgage amount had to be increased very quickly. Everyone we interacted with was very sympathetic to our situation, and they were able to turn around this change very quickly. We were able to keep our original closing date on our new home.
