Everything leading up to the closing was great, I don't think I could have received better service anywhere in the area. That being said I was surprised to learn that my mortgage had been transferred/sold to another company before my first payment was ever made or due. While I understand I have no say in the matter, I would have felt much better if someone had let me know beforehand that it was happening or if I had been put me in touch with a new contact to make sure the transition is smooth.
