Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what the entire process entailed. I had many questions along the way. staff was very responsive and pleasant to work with. i understand the paperwork/info needed nowadays due to increased scrutiny/regulations is difficult, along w Hurricane Irma, but everyone worked to make our lending process as pleasant as possible
