The appraiser was rude and couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He cut me off and said "how did you get my name and number?" On the phone. I Hope no more Churchill customers will have to work with Jeff Crawford in the future, but Tina was awesome and found a different person right away. Also the title person threatened to reschedule closing for weeks later if I wanted to keep on reading the papers before signing them. I don't know what the papets said, but I hope it wasn't anything important.
