Everyone loved going to the dentist. Lily is so excited to go and do the big girl check up next time from watching her older sisters receive their check up. Everyone was nice and professional. No improvement necessary.Ā

I was very please with my visit although there was a delay due to wait for information from referring office. The atmosphere in your office was very pleasant.Ā
Timely appointments. I had to wait 45 minutes before being called back. This is not my first experience with having to wait. While waiting other patients shared that they also had a long wait. I understand that some patients take a little longer than others and unscheduled procedures may have to be done, however it would be helpful if the office staff would keep the patients updated and offer if they would like to continue or reschedule.Ā

Wonderful, a personal touch every time. They make the kids feel at ease in what can be a very intimidating place!Ā
I don't have any unpleasant experiences with Dr. Moses or the staffing. At times your may hear a complaint about the wait time, however; Dr. Moses is only one person. People need to realize that she gives her best for each patient. She does not do a rush job to get you in and out. If there is a problem they are all there to make sure your child is very well taken of, so she may take a little longer for some versus others!
