Miscommunication on pickup times, took way longer than expected, and the coupon was only for 30% shade non-premium tint. So not as good as I was expecting.
I loved the service
I don't like unknowingly getting sold a low tier item (I believe I was told 4 layers) with a big upsale to get their better product (I want to say she said 85 layers). Adding in all my smaller windows, higher quality film and the groupon...the quotes I was getting elsewhere with 3m film sound better. Staff was nice and installer did a good job but I dont like that game..
They did a great job! The tint was professionally done and my car looks a lot better now! The staff were very nice and helpful explaining their services. I ended up getting a higher quality tint and clear bra which was an additional cost on top of the Groupon. But overall, the price was reasonable for everything I was getting. I also asked for headlight protection, but when they checked the headlights, they told me it wouldn't work out well and refunded me for that service. I really appreciated their integrity there!
