Had to pay extra for back small windows which was not included in the price I paid for but over all still happy with price and how it came out so thank you
I did not like working with the front desk. The person we worked with was rude. Also, we set up an appointment but apparently appointments do not mean anything on weekends because they're busier. That should've been shared prior to having me set up an appointment and make sure to arrive early on a saturday morning.
My wife bought the groupon for me and she did her car already (she waited there for three hours). And here is my experience. Service was ok, communication is a bit of a mess. Made the appointment but went in with super long wait... like 2 hours wait, as if we all have nothing else to do!? What's the whole point of making the appointment????) Amazing customer service and done in the amount of time they projected
I was weary at first with a GroupOn like this. The deal was legitimate, although i did upgrade to a darker (denser) tint which added about $75 to my groupon. Well worth it I believe. Victoria, the front desk gal especially was a total joy to work with. Give her a raise. Whole team was pleasant and did a fantastic job. I have had 3 cars tented for far more expense and this was the most quality job. Thanks TintMyRide Team!!!
The windows turned out good but it was over double what I paid for Groupon to upgrade one level of tint.
As already mentioned there is a strong up sale. Also, getting the electronic warranty has been a challenge. Still waiting a week later with no reply to voicemail or email.
My experience was excellent. The front office person is very friendly and helpful, and my car looks fabulous. I know that if I should have any issues with the work, they will make it good. Highly recommend.
