Everyone with whom I interacted was very friendly and cheerful. Dr. Potter in particular was very kind and did not seem in a rush to get on to the next patient. I do not recall the name of the hygienist who did my cleaning, but she was very thorough and took care to ensure I did not have too much discomfort - I was long overdue, so she had a lot of work to do. Great experience overall.

When I made my appointment, I was under the impression that I would have the same dental hygenist that I had before. When I arrived someone else came to the front and said my name. I was so shocked I asked her who she was. She said I am a dental hygenists working here. I was not told I would have a new hygenist nor was I told that the previous one had left. There is some major miscommunication to the patient before they arrive. In the beginning, I was very frustrated at the situation (I almost left).
