This is a great dental group. Would recommend.
Over the past 6 months, I have had numerous problems with scheduling. This most recent debacle was related to the ZOOM treatment. I was not told that the appointment was a minimum of 2 hours. It was more than 30 minutes to be called and more than an hour before the molds were made. In addition, the ZOOM treatment left me with SIGNIFICANT pain all night. I don't know the name of the new technician that works with Dr.Donatelli, but she has long brown hair and a slight southern accent. There is not one outstanding event that I can say about this person, but my overall experience has been unpleasant with her. The appointment feels rushed, I have never been greeted by her, and I get the impression that she is lazy or just not willing to take appropriate actions that different situations call for. I really enjoy my apt. They all had beauiful teeth. Everyone I. imeet from the time i came in the door in and out. They was veru and friendly. Great place to come to get teeth work on.
Joleen did not know not to use pumice polish on ceramic crowns and removed some of my enamel between my bottom incisors and bicuspids while removing plaque and calculus. I had even larger spaces between my lower teeth. This was 6 months ago. Now at this appointment with Cassidy, I warned her the enamel between my lower front teeth is soft and that I was afraid of fracture as I had experienced this in Orlando with Dr. Teodoru's hygienist, thus causing a gap between my lower incisors in the first place 3 years ago.
