The salesman at titan factory direct was knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting my wife and I with our new home. We picked out what we wanted and could not have a few things but all worked out with our new home. However, during the delivery process and set up titan in new braunfels fell flat on their face. It was a nightmare during the delivery and setup process. I still have metal, and electric pipes and wires and sewer pipes to my septic I had to pick up my self. I came to visit with Vanessa and look at the homes. I thought they were gorgeous! So much to choose from and so many awesome designs. Chris Anderson was to say the least, fantastic. He had our best interest at heart. He was very knowledgeable and was very open to answering our questions. Not just trying to make a sale but getting us in a home where payments would be good for us. I would recommend him. We will be going back to see him once we get our home on the market for sale.
