Do not waste your time. Veterans BEWARE! Went the entire holiday season in home without an oven that worked that was noted upon move in date (that was already 3 months late). in Oct 2024. We used salesman Zach Torres after knowing him for well over a decade and when he used to sell vehicles, we purchased four family vehicles from him and all our friends and family went right to Zach when we needed a vehicle. Then, Zach moved to selling manufactured homes and if you know Zach, you know he only sells quality products and at reasonable prices, he bends over backwards for his clients just as he always has. Blake was awesome. It was a pleasure to meet He povided me with alot of good information. The homes were beautifully decorated and very enticing to purchase. I even met the nice gentleman who stages the homes. (I'm sorry I can't remember his name.) He's very talented Job well done.
While we are just starting out on our home search, I have to say my experience at Titan Factory Direct was excellent and will be a big part in my final decision. Zach was knowledgeable and kind, answering ALL of my both real and silly questions. I did not feel like our time with him was just the usual sales pitch, or pressured to make a quick decision. While we still have some shopping to do, Titan is at the top of my list!
