Awful. Beyond awful. Our house burned so we thought that getting a modular home was the way to go and we know people who have modular and they are like a built home. Not with Titan in Midland. At first they are nice, friendly and all out to help. You sign those papers and give them money and you've got a different deal. We've had so many problems with this home.
