DO YOUR REASEARCH AND UNDERSTAND FULLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO. We all understand everything isn’t going to be perfect but it’s way worst than that.
Although the tiny home that was purchased in cash was exactly what we wanted the customer service and attention to detail lacks dramatically. It took over a month to get washer and dryer delivered. They didn’t even put the connections in the area. We had to go pick it up the units ourselves and install ourselves! not acceptable. They told us daily they would be delivered between 6-8 never showed, excuse after excuse! again NOT acceptable. I hope you know you have a very rude, disrespectful person employed in your midst. She has no business whatsoever dealing with the public. Her rude, disrespectful comments made to me online, on FB marketplace were unwarranted and frankly, uncalled for. Horrible communication. Horribly built homes. Their pad installers and delivery crew are unprofessional and do horrible work. After factory alterations are made to the homes on the sales lot. What you see is not what you get If you have a home built at the factory. Take your money down the street.
