TJ was awesome throughout the entire process of our mortgage. My one fear was having surprises when it came to closing thinking the quoted monthly payment would be higher because of fees or unaccounted for expenses. This was not the case at all! TJ was almost spot on in his initial estimate. He also answered every call or text about questions we had as if we were long time friends. Highly recommend TJ and American pacific mortgage.
Initially we tried going it on our own without a realtor. TJ found some concerning errors in the REPC and recommended an awesome realtor, Sue Benson. TJ and Sue saved us from some very potential errors that would have cost us thousands of dollars and a whole truck load of heartache. TJ handled our loan process very quickly and walked us through it step by step with never leaving us in doubt TJ was very ethical professional and friendly. I highly recommend TJ Gale for all your mortgage loan needs.
TJ was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive and thorough in his work. I heard of other places messing up the numbers on a mortgage, but not TJ! He was always 5 steps ahead. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
