The physician and nurse were top-notch and the treatment I recieved saved my bacon until I could get to an ENT. The cons for me were: Sign-in necessitates the usual forms including current meds. When I saw the nurse, she asked the same questions and when I mentioned I had given that information at check-in, she told me that the front end is separate and they don't share forms! Everyone was extremely helpful, caring and concerned. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse, doctor and technician were all efficient and experienced. Everything was explained to me in full. I felt like I was treated extra special. Walked out feeling much better after IV fluids, meds and TLC. 😁
