I would like to say thank you so much for the excellent customer service and care I got from TLC Complete Care, the staff was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and they took great care of me while I was in the waiting room, I would definitely keep them in mind next time I have an emergency.

Very friendly and knowledgeable from the nice young lady at the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals. The provider, Deanna Scruggs, NP was very friendly and helpful in getting me my diagnosis and the prescriptions I needed to begin to feel better. She had a great bedside manner about her! As a visitor from the Pacific Northwest, I was very impressed with TLC! (The wait time was so quick….I’m use to up to 5 hours at home for urgent care!)
