It was great as an Urgent Care type facility with capability of performing an ultrasound/sonogram. The only problem I think was if I didn’t ask any questions, the visit was over. I arrived in pain and left as if there was still something wrong inside even though I had an X-ray and sonogram performed. Till now the pain area is still tender to the touch and injury happened 1.5 weeks ago. I don’t know if that’s normal for my type of injury.

Check in was fast . Waited around 10 min . Then was taken to a room . Staff was amazing . They showed concern . Dr , explained what was going on , what to expect . How meds , would help . Everything from start to finish was most pleasant . I was in so much pain . They acted quickly to relieve my pain . Which was unbearable . There building , is so neat and clean . Everyone was very kind and did a great job of taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. The entire experience was fantastic and if I need an ER in the future I will be returning to TLC Complete Care.

Glad to hear it wasn't COVID. I was informed what is was and information on what to do about it. Given a referral to family practice. Staff and Doctor very professional, facility very sanitary. It was recommended by a family member and I will recommend them as well. GREAT Job folks
